Refund Policy

Worksheets:

All purchased worksheet packs are non-refundable once the customer has started downloading the worksheet files. If you have any difficulty accessing the worksheet pack once you have completed the purchase please email info@musictheorymaestro.com


Marking Service:

Payments made to the Marking Service are non-refundable but the following exceptions apply:

1. I am unable to access the file you have submitted for marking.

2. If I am unable to return the marking within 5 working days you have the option to either wait a further 5 working days or you can claim a refund. If I am unable to return the marking within 10 working days you will automatically receive a refund.
